To the company, an employee is very important for them. An employee performance was very favorable to company to achieve both short term and long term company’s goal. Some researches have been conducted to study the influence of employee performance with intelligence quotient, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, unfortunately those research have been concluced various result.

The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant. Intelligence quotient, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant influence with employee performance. Variable which have highest degree influence with employee performance is intelligencequotient. The implies that intelligence quotient, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence played as important role (individualy or simultaneously ) indeveloping employee performance.
Then, the choise is in your hand, you will survive to your own bussines or you will become a fighter to anyone else bussiness.
